  • yes! this ensures that your cleaning service will be preformed with the same consistency each visit.

  • 24 hours before scheduled cleaning service:
    you can expect a reminder + confirmation email approximately 24 hours before your appointment. this email will cover and confirm:

    • that you are aware of your appointment

    • a list of the services you are having provided

    • the best way for the cleaner to access the premises

    • whether you will be home for your cleaning service

    • the presence of pets in the home

    • any additional changes or thoughts you may have!

    day of scheduled cleaning service:
    your cleaner will arrive within a 30 minute to 1 hour window of your scheduled appointment time.
    clients can choose to receive a text message or phone call upon arrival (if there are any delays in arrival time, we will contact you to let you know. SEE: terms of service late appointments).
    your cleaner will let themselves into the home (or you can let them in if you will be home) with your personalized cleaning plan in hand and get to work! just don’t forget that if you plan on being home for your cleaning service, please make arrangements for where you will be located during your cleaning (SEE terms of service).

  • on the scheduled day of your clean, having less clutter = a more thorough cleaning. having a tidy space will guarantee you a clean home. please pick up any excessive clutter!

    we also ask that you find a space for your any pets to be comfortable during the cleaning service. scroll down to read more under the PETS FAQ!

  • punctuality and both of our schedules are important. because Compassionate Cleaning Co. gives every home the individualized services that it requires and deserves, we can’t guarantee our exact arrival time if multiple cleaning services are booked on the same day. however, we do offer an arrival window for your convenience. arrival window timeframes will not consist of more than 30 minutes to 1 hour of your service, because unfortunately things like cancellations or lockouts from another cleaning service that day can additionally effect our schedule. phone calls or text messages can always be provided on arrival, whether you plan on being home during your cleaning service or not! to guarantee your cleaner’s punctual arrival, please contact us if you are interested in being the first cleaning service of the day.

    if Compassionate Cleaning Co. will be running late to your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival. please read TERMS OF SERVICE for more information.

  • you do not need to be home! but you are more than welcome to stay home while we clean. just let us know in your reminder + confirmation email reply sent 24 hours before the cleaning service. however, we do ask that you please stay in a separate room during the time of the cleaning. SEE: terms of service appointment arrival time.

    if you are home for your cleaning service, you may let your cleaner inside. otherwise, we are typically provided with a spare key, lock box code, or garage code directions to access the premises.

  • rescheduling is easy! we get it, life happens. rescheduling 36 hours before the scheduled service time is greatly appreciated. to reschedule a cleaning service, contact Compassionate Cleaning Co. directly by phone (978-393-3793) or email thecompassionatecleaningco@gmail.com and we will work with both of our schedules to find a reschedule date.

  • no sweat. to avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel 36 hours before the scheduled cleaning service. a cleaning service cancelled less than 36 hours before the scheduled cleaning service time will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

    to make a cancellation, contact The Compassionate Cleaning Co. by phone (978)-393-3793 or email thecompassionatecleaningco@gmail.com. if a cleaning service is cancelled prior to the 36 hour period, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
    similarly, if Compassionate Cleaning Co. is to cancel a cleaning service, you will be notified at least 36 hours before the scheduled service time. both yours, and our time is valuable and should be respected by one another!

  • absolutely not! we will arrive with all of the materials and supplies needed and take them with us when we leave. if you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we can work with your requests!

  • payment will follow your cleaning service and you will receive an invoice with the details of your cleaning service. electronic payments can be made in the form of PayPal or STRIPE, but we also accept cash, check, and money order. if there is another form of payment that you are inquiring to use, get in touch with us and let us know!

  • of course! at Compassionate Cleaning Co., we love animals! we just ask that you find a place for your animal friend so that they are comfortable during the cleaning service. if your pet can be aggressive, we recommend that they remain in a gated area or enclosed space outdoors to ensure safety. please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet!

  • yes! this is encouraged. your preferences give us the structure to enhance your experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your cleaning service. in order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you contact Compassionate Cleaning Co. directly by phone (978)-393-3793 or email instructions at thecompassionatecleaningco@gmail.com. your needs and requests will be logged on file so that you won’t have to reiterate them each time we arrive for your cleaning services. just let us know if anything changes!

  • customizable services are available to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service that you don’t need or want.

    we don’t typically: clean toys, clean the inside of your fireplace, pick up clutter, clean irons, or do laundry. we want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks up to you.

  • Compassionate Cleaning Co. is proud provide affordable and top-quality cleaning services. since we work with you to develop a cleaning plan that is customized to fit the needs of your home, the cost of services depends on the size of your home and what you would like cleaned.
    to obtain an estimate generated for your specific cleaning needs, fill out the estimate + booking form to receive a quote for your cleaning service.

  • if one of your recurring cleaning services falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you. cleaning service appointments are looked over at the beginning of each month, so we will contact you to reschedule with additional available dates and do our best to work with both of our schedules.

  • we treat all homes with respect! but if something does happen to break during your cleaning service, Compassionate Cleaning Co. is insured in the state of Massachusetts and claims can be filed when appropriate.
